Latin American countries with best and worst infrastructure

Transport, energy and telecommunications infrastructure are pillars that influence the quality of life of the population.

The World Economic Forum has created an index granting of 1-7 points for each country according to the public data on maintenance of roads, the number of subscribers to telephone surveys and technical and business people from various sectors of the planet.

On the side of Latin America, the top of the region is Chile and Puerto Rico, with 4.6. Panama is placed very close to 4.5, according to the report data. Argentina is number 104 with 3.8 points.

Among the countries that are at the bottom of the ranking include Haiti, Paraguay and Honduras.
